We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitorial Service Provider to join our team responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a variety of commercial settings. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for employees and clients by performing various custodial tasks effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring adequate supplies and cleanliness at all times.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks as assigned (e.g., window washing, carpet cleaning).
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any needs for replenishment.
- Follow safety procedures and use proper equipment to minimize hazards.
- Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining client confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Pass a background check.
- Physical ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 15-20 lbs regularly.
