Job Title: Food Service Operation Worker
Location: Gracewood, GA 30812
Duration: 12 Months Contract to Direct Hire
MAX PAY: $11.50/hr.

Morning Shift
Full-time (40 hrs/week), Sunday–Saturday
Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Work 2 weekends on, 1 weekend off
Mid-Day Shift
Must be available for Shift Work - Monday - Friday
Hours: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm

Purpose of Job
Prepares, cooks, and serves food in large quantities; maintains sanitation and cleanliness to reduce food infection risk.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food for regular and modified diets
Set up serving lines; portion and serve meals (tray line/cafeteria)
Operate kitchen equipment, dish machines, and cash register
Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, floors, and work areas
Lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted (75 lbs. with assistance)
Stand/walk most of the shift, push food carts
Follow safety standards; slip-resistant shoes required
