We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong leadership skills. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and working closely with our team to provide a world-class dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
Lead and manage staff by providing training, coaching, and guidance to ensure excellent customer service.
Ensure restaurant cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high operational standards.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and communication.
Assist in marketing initiatives, including promotions, special events, and social media presence.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain a positive, team-oriented work culture, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role (preferably in a high-volume, casual dining setting).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a team and motivate employees to achieve high performance.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and customer service.
Passion for food, beverages, and the hospitality industry.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Previous experience with POS systems and scheduling software is a plus.
