The future is looking bright, Georgia! RenewableWorks is now accepting applications for Certified Skidsteer Operator positions at one of our existing solar sites near the Waynesboro area. Whether you've been working on solar sites for years or aspiring first-timer, we'd love for you to join our crew!
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining solar systems and other structures at existing solar fields in compliance with site assessments and schematics. You'll be instrumental in the operations of sustainable energy units on commercial solar farm sites.
Heads up: This is a physically demanding role that will require you to work in all kinds of weather. A strong work ethic will serve you well, along with prior solar or construction experience (this is a plus, not a must!).

Solar experience is a plus but not required.
A normal work week will see you busy assisting with site maintenance as needed.
Tasks will involve excessive walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching, standing, lifting throughout entire shift.
Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs.
Working outdoor weather conditions, rain, heat or cold.
Able to meet additional screening requirements when applicable.
Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day.
