Position Summary
As a Kitchen Cabinet Designer, you’ll use your technical skills and eye for detail to create accurate drawings and designs that guide production. You don’t need to know everything on day one — we’ll train and support you as you grow into the design side of the role. What You’ll Do
Create and update architectural drawings with precise measurements.
Work with CAD software (Cabinet Vision preferred, but any CAD experience is welcome).
Support design and drawing needs while building toward full design responsibilities.
Collaborate with shop and production team members to ensure accuracy.
Communicate clearly through email and phone when needed.
Learn and apply feedback from experienced team members.
Use technology and IT systems confidently in day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For
Genuine interest in cabinet making, woodworking, or manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Experience with drawings, measurements, and scaling.
CAD experience (any platform; Cabinet Vision is a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable, steady, and open to learning from others.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience).
