Local business with several divisions (Investment properties, Home/Auto Insurance, Self-Storage) needs an office admin manager. We will train the right person by starting them as an assistant helping with various responsibilities in the office based on their strengths coming in. The company has been in business since 1960 and grows every year. We accomplish this by having team members that come to work with a desire to do a good job every day. Additional responsibilities, promotions, and greater compensation are available to those that are there “for the company”.

Duties will include:

1. Assisting the company Operations Manager (VP of Operations) with various projects as assigned

2. Analyze data and information

3. Problem solving

4. Quality customer service
