Thriving commercial development and real estate company seeking employee to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. To include support to the CEO, President and others as needed. Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, schedule conference calls and support visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc. Ensures operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail and packages. Maintain sale in process files and listing files for the real estate agents.
