SD Properties is looking for an addition to our dedicated staff. We need a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper/cleaner on a part time basis during regular business hours.
Starting pay is $15 per hour based on experience and can increase with proven performance.
Benefits include above average compensation, flexible scheduling, no evenings and weekends.
Must-Have:
Applicants should have some previous professional cleaning/housekeeping experience
Must be physically able to push a vacuum, reach, bend, and stand for periods of time
Good interpersonal skills
Able to understand English language and follow verbal instructions
Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone
Able to work with little supervision and maintain high level of performance
