We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for a distressed, rehab property of 300+ units. Must be motivated and high-energy with great communication skills. Looking for someone who can effectively manage and support their team, while having a passion for maintaining a community for residents. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is a must and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Will be responsible for day to day operations and budgeting. Bilingual is preferred but not required.
