Need a helper to assist with cabinet installation. MUST have reliable transportation. Job consists of lots of heavy lifting and long days. No experience is needed but experience is preferred. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into a trade with great growth potential. This is not a job for someone older looking for an easy check. This is a job that will give you as much as you’re willing to put into it.
Skills you will need to possess doing this job include:
-Ability to read a tape measure.
-Understanding of how to use power tools safely and effectively.
-Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time. This is a tough job and not a job for someone looking to milk a clock for hours. Pay is by the day , not hour based.
-Ability to take initiative and ask questions when faced with something you’re unsure of. These cabinets are expensive and not easy or cheap to replace parts if something gets damaged.
-Ability to work later hours if a job needs to be completed. Most days I won’t work past 3-5pm, other days if something has to be completed we will stay until it is done. Do not count on getting off at the same time every single day.
Pay is 600-880 a week based on experience and work ethic. I don’t have a problem paying someone more after a couple of months of learning how my business does things and if it’s the right fit.
