This all starts with our greatest asset…our employees.What You Will Be Doing: The Associate Business Analyst will support the business operations by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This entry-level role is crucial for driving data-driven decision-making and supporting various departments within Yancey Bros. Co.This is an in-person role that requires 8-hour days/5 days a week at our office in Austell, Georgia. Primary Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on business performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and support the implementation of solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of analysis processes and findings.
Support: Provide support for various business initiatives and projects as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
Additional duties as assigned by manager.
Who We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this position you should have a strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of tools applicable to the position and the desire to learn. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to take direction and work in a team environment is essential to this position as well.Education/Experience:
Bachelor degree from 4-year College or University
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Experience using SalesLink CRM, DBS, and any other Caterpillar Dealership Data System
