We are looking for a dependable, energetic, experienced, and physical active maintenance tech. We need a maintenance tech to help maintain the curb appeal, and common areas. Also to paint, repair and upgrade our units.
Job Responsibilities:
-Maintain grounds, parking lots and building exteriors
-Get units ready to re rent painting, plumbing, electric, etc.
-Support the office team with any maintenance issues.
-Any other maintenance issues involved.
