Established company has an opportunity for a detailed -oriented Leasing Agent Specialist with Customer service and sales experience. Ideal candidate must be a result-driven professional with strong organization skills and a commitment to customer service. Position will include overseeing daily site operations, leasing and maintenance operations , marketing program, and financial gain of the property.
Must have:
*1 + years of sales experience
*Able to wok weekends
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to multi task
*Working knowledge of social media outlets
*Working Knowledge of Word, Excel and onsite preferred
*Valid Driver's license and transportation required
