Established Property Management company is seeking qualified candidates for a Full Time Groundskeeper, and Maintenance Technician at our St. Marys, Ga 100-unit apartment community.
Qualified applicants must have experience in lawncare/groundskeeping including mowing, trimming, equipment maintenance/repairs.
Prefer candidates with minimum 2-yrs experience in apartment maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, cleaning, and HVAC. Looking for a dependable, customer oriented person with strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsible for administration of grounds and maintenance functions, and tracking of inventory for repair and maintenance. Ensure turnover process is completed timely and satisfactorily, along with satisfactory and timely completion of service requests.
90 day probationary period.
Availability for on-call purposes required.
