Superior Skilled Trades is seeking electrician helpers/apprentices for a long-term project in the Kingsland, GA area.
PAY: $23-$26/hour (based upon experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week ( Overtime available)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 6:30 am – 5:00 pm
START DATE: ASAP
Duration: 5+ months
Electrician Apprentice/ Helper Job Description:
We are looking for an electrician capable of bending and running conduit, pulling wire, and assisting with the installation of underground conduit.
Qualifications for an Electrician helper/apprentice:
Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience in a commercial setting.
Experience assisting Journeyman and Master Electricians.
Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial environments (e.g., offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and schools).
Install conduits and wiring; pull wire, bend conduit (EMT, PVC, etc.), and run cable in accordance with blueprints and local electrical codes.
Assist with the installation of electrical devices including light fixtures, receptacles, switches, circuit breakers, panels, and transformers.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, floor plans, and layouts with guidance.
Use multimeters and other testing tools to check voltage, continuity, and diagnose basic electrical issues.
Ability to work safely around moving equipment such as forklifts, digging equipment, and cranes; capable of spotting when required.
Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves
Must have standard electrical hand tools.

Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
