Experience with performing analyses and investigations and drawing conclusions to contribute to AVIP Master Plan
Familiarity with aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling operations
Understanding of maintenance operations and control functions
Support reliability integrated product teams
Review Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Materials Shortage (DMSMS) findings
Review depot level Bad Actor tracking of components that have Safety and Mission Critical Functions and develop reports and trend data using results
Review Total Ownership Cost (TOC) impacts of changes in operational use, configuration, maintenance procedures, or part substitutions
Review and analyze adequacy of existing technical data and identify additional or emerging areas not currently addressed in the technical data
Assist with investigations and recommendations to alleviate maintenance, dependability, and obsolescence deficiencies; examine current inspection intervals; and determine optimum inspection intervals
Assist Engineers with Root Cause Analysis for systems or components exhibiting poor reliability
Participate in Component Review Process (CRP) to investigate all reliability and maintenance issues for the operational, intermediate, and depot inspection / maintenance / overhaul procedures
Review, generate, and improve overhaul manuals or repair data
Generate and deliver the Technical Order (TO) source data required for implementation
Contribute to Technical Data Package development that accurately depicts the final product
Review Component Tracking/Monitoring Program with the intent of identifying components that do not meet Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) or Mean Time Between Maintenance (MTBM) performance objectives
Conduct supportability reviews
Accomplish supportability assessments
Update or create a List of Materials (LOM) to support implementation of maintenance tasks as required
Support Logistics Requirements Determination Process (LRDP), Engineering Requirements Review (ERR) process and Requirements Supportability Process to meet intent of Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 63-143 items that are not currently sustainable and the actions necessary to make them sustainable (update cataloging, update drawings, etc.)
Support documentation development and updates for the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan
Generate source data to support the Government Configuration Control Board (CCB)
Evaluate Scheduled and Periodic maintenance requirements for suitability

Qualifications
Education/Training (both required and desired):
Bachelor's Degree in management or other relevant discipline required
Experience:
10+ years of professional experience in the required task area
Security:
Must be a US citizen
Active Security clearance required
E-8/Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) experience desired
