job detailsLocal Calhoun company looking for an experienced quality lab tech that needs very good computer skills as well as previous experience in Quality the shift is 10pm-6am in Calhoun, Ga You must have an updated resume to be considered. Conduct required tests, analysis, and/or verification steps to assure that raw materials, batched product, and finished product exceeds established quality standards.
Verify conformity through measurement and assessment.
Make quick decisions and use sound judgement to make rational decisions pertaining to recommended adjustments, corrective actions and disposition of goods.
Ability to handle being exposed to smell and a variety of flavor products, essential oils and raw materials.
Be able to participate in safety initiatives, committees and teams.
Never take shortcuts or use the improper tools/equipment that could compromise the safety of themselves or others.
Food safety and quality is Kerry's priority so it's important to adhere to all Food Safety/Quality SOP's while also accurately completing required Food Safety & Quality records.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while also maintaining a hazard free work area.
The essential functions of this role include:
