How will you power what’s possible?Location: Carrollton HeadquartersShift: 29Starting Pay Rate: $15.75Job DescriptionThe EDI and SAP Specialist analyzes simple to moderate business problems to be solved with SAP and similar automated systems.Job Duties: Daily analysis of specific file formats and perform problem solving analysis. Resolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company (ie. system users, company management, consultants, and software support staff). Monitor, report, and assist internal team with daily operations as needed to resolve EDI and/or RPA related activities. Adhere to change control and documentation procedures. Provides input to more senior members of the technical team to assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures. Work with other team member to configures system settings in development and test system options. Works with other members of the team to plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing; provide testing documentation to meet business requirements. Miscellaneous job duties as assigned by EDI team.Required Education, Experience, and SkillsMinimum Education Level: AssociatesSpecialized Degree: Computer Science or Business Information SystemsYears of Experience: AnyPreferred Minimum Education Level: AssociatesSpecialized Degree: Computer Science or Business Information SystemsYears of Experience: AnyOther Preferred Skills, Licenses, & Certificates: Hard Skills: Basic SAP navigation skills Basic understanding of business processes Proficient in MS Office Computer programming experience.
