The primary function of this role is to provide Personal Care Assistance - or Direct Support and related services to the individual in their home. These tasks include: Assisting with household chores ( cleaning, changing linens, trash disposal)Assisting with bathing and hygieneAssisting with toiletingAssisting with exercise, or ambulation, if neededAssisting with activities of daily living( personal grooming, and dressing)Assisting with grocery shoppingAssisting with preparing meals and snacksAssistance with reminders and monitoring medicationAssist with scheduling appointmentsAssist with transporting
