The primary function of this role is to provide Personal Care Assistance - or Direct Support and related services to the individual in their home. These tasks include: Assisting with household chores ( cleaning, changing linens, trash disposal)Assisting with bathing and hygieneAssisting with toiletingAssisting with transfers, walking, exercise, or ambulation, if neededAssisting with activities of daily living if needed ( personal grooming, and dressing)Assisting with grocery shoppingAssisting with preparing meals and snacksAssistance with reminders and monitoring medicationAssist with scheduling appointments
