Location: College Park, GA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Help Desk Technician
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field.
3-5 years experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Windows help desk support.
Responsible for supporting user devices (laptops, thin clients, mobile phones, etc.)
They must be responsive, decisive, and a quick learner.
Will not have to interface with servers or need network experience, purely user device help desk.
Powershell experience is a PLUS
Team size: 6
Call Rotation: Weekly rotation: 1 in 3 (6 people on team, 1 will be assigned as primary call person and will always have a back up call person, so one week as primary and one week as back up, on a rotating schedule)
