Bob Morrow Construction Company, an affiliate of Morrow Realty Company, is seeking a Field Superintendent. Bob Morrow Construction Company, Inc. (BMCC) is a licensed general contractor with over 50 years of experience. POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The basic function of the Field Superintendent is to supervise a given project in all aspects as needed in order to successfully complete the construction of that project. The Field Superintendent will also maintain and adjust the given schedule of a project so that it may be completed within the proper timeframe and the appropriate budget, maintain a clean and safe job site, build a trusting and faithful relationship with the client, and order and coordinate the delivery of materials for a project.

Other functional roles include, but are not limited to scheduling subcontractors, completing daily reports, supervising the quality of work for subcontractors, bringing attention to conflicts in the workplace, obtaining required inspections, conducting safety inspections and meetings on site, and inspecting and maintaining proper order of all tools and equipment.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The Field Superintendent directly reports to their assigned Project Manager.

Reporting to the Field Superintendent will be the sub-contractors as well as any temporary help hired on the job.

The Field Superintendent has important coordinating responsibilities with the Carpenters and Laborers.

4.1 Education

Required: High School diploma or GED.

Preferred: Associates Degree from two-year college.

4.2 Experience

Required: Minimum of three years of related business experience.

Preferred: Five years of Field Superintendent experience.

4.2 Licenses/Certification

Valid Drivers License

Valid CDL Drivers License

Equipment Certification
