About Us
The Goetchius House is a renowned establishment in a historic home built in 1839. Known for exceptional experiences, we bring innovative dishes that blend tradition with modern and Mediterranean flair. We have a welcoming ambiance in the main house that is nearly 9,000 sq ft. We also sit on an acre with our door seating. We take pride in sourcing the finest ingredients from local sources, even our own farm on site, and crafting dishes that delight the senses. We offer both public seating as well as private events and catering ranging from 20 to 225.
Your Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen section. Your expertise in preparation, cooking, and presentation will help maintain the high standards our guests have come to expect. This role will be responsible for building knowledge of every menu items preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Collaborate with the Head Chef to refine recipes and create memorable dishes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with hygiene standards.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed, fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.
Monitor inventory and communicate stock needs.

A team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
