Some Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees all day to day operations of the store.
Maintains 100% total customer focus with all team members and manage by example.
Hire team members, train, and motivate.
Understands and complies and maintains company policies and procedures.
Creates a positive store culture by treating employees fairly and with respect.
Disciplines and terminates team members that violate company policies and procedures or demonstrate sub-standard performance.
Manage scheduling, inventor, and all aspects of the retail operation.
Meet or exceed all performance requirements and sales and inventory expectations.
Ensures the correct use of equipment and reports any defects to the corporate office.
Coordinates tasks with the store and deli team members to maintain good working conditions, good attitudes, and safe techniques are used.
Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions:
Requires prolonged sitting and standing
Requires some physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull or push objects or materials.
Requires stooping, bending, and reaching.
Requires concentration in a fast-paced environment.
Requires flexibility in work hours as required to fulfill duties
