Position Summary:
Responsible for safely handling, storing, and distributing fuel during operations in disaster zones or other challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refuel vehicles and equipment in the field.
- Monitor and maintain fuel levels in storage tanks.
- Inspect fuel systems and handle minor maintenance or
repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols for
fuel management.
Work Environment Expectations:
- Willingness to work in disaster-affected areas with
environmental and operational challenges.
- Ability to live in temporary accommodations, which may
include shared housing and limited facilities.
- Flexibility to work in unpredictable and high-stress
conditions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in fuel handling or a similar role (preferred).
- Knowledge of fuel management safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
