Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Provide classroom, lab, and hybrid instruction in industrial maintenance and automation.

Evaluate student progress, grade coursework, and maintain program accreditation standards.

Ensure lab safety standards are followed, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and PPE usage.

Develop curriculum, syllabi, lesson plans, and program learning outcomes.

Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to maintain up-to-date program content.

Support recruitment, retention, and job placement efforts.

Maintain equipment, request supplies, and participate in budgeting.

Attend professional development and serve on committees as assigned

What You’ll Bring

Required:

Associate’s degree in Industrial Systems Technology, Precision Manufacturing, or a related field.

At least 3 years of recent in-field experience (within the past 7 years).

Valid driver’s license.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Advanced Manufacturing or related field.

Postsecondary teaching experience.

Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or industry-recognized certifications
