Established national automotive paint restoration franchise company is looking for a unique individual that is interested in joining our team. We work for new car dealerships, repairing rock chips and scratches in the paint.
You must be ambitious, responsible and a self starter. You will in effect work for yourself as a sub contractor using our patented process. You must be able to work unsupervised, and maintain a high quality of work on your own. This is a career, not just another job.
The work is physically demanding. You will have to work outside in the elements, on your feet all day, and with constant motion. No heavy lifting, but very physical work. You will have to have good people skills as you will maintain accounts by yourself.
We work great hours.M-F 9-6. Weekends and holidays are optional if you want to earn more. Our average tech earns around $60K annually, with our high earner in Miami at over $103K.
We will pay a training salary during a four week training period. We will get, and help you establish all of your accounts during training. You must use your own vehicle and have a valid driver's license. Everything you need, will fit in the trunk of a small car. Generally, you will work at one dealership all day. We do not run around to people's houses chasing business.
This is a great career, but it is not easy and you will have to pay your dues. Nothing great is ever easy!
