Role Overview
The Channel Sales Operations Advisor will analyze all Channel Business needs and work with cross-functional teams to operationalize the processes.
You will manage multiple tasks and functions with limited supervision and provide input on current processes, make recommendations on improvements (to increase efficiency and revenue effectiveness of our channel programs), and provide ongoing support for ad-hoc projects. To accomplish this, as the Channel Sales Operations Advisor you will act as a liaison between Sales/Sales Management, Marketing, Finance, and Information Technology groups working closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to document business processes, identify business requirements, project manage initiatives and drive adoption of new processes.
