This entry-level role involves a variety of tasks including:
Cleaning and filling machines
Loading and unloading railroad cars
Loading 22lb bags of peanuts
Performing sanitation and cleaning tasks around the facility
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of production experience
Comfortable with heights
Preferred: Previous forklift or skid steering experience
Work Environment:
Fully on-site position
Work both inside and outside the plant, mostly outdoors
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Production area is always hot
Manual labor tasks such as dumping trucks, filling bags with peanuts, and general housekeeping
Comfortable with heights, including working on stairs and rail cars
Dress Code and PPE:
Jeans and work-appropriate shirts (no shorts or sleeveless shirts)
Steel-toed boots (not provided)
Safety glasses, hard hats, gloves, and ear plugs (provided)
