Position: Software Development Engineering in Tester IV
Length: 1 year, will extend
Remote: No, will need to be onsite after COVID
Had a req call with Manager and this is the person that actually develops the test frameworks, not a QA tester

• High-Level description from the hiring manager with projects the worker will be completing: The person will be responsible to validate the system with Automated test. Automated Test included - API Testing, Test the logic of SAP DS Flow, Knowledge of XSJS and HANA required.

Job Summary
Looking for an experienced professional who will be responsible for the development, execution, and reporting of automated and manual tests. This includes verification and validation of state-of-the-art restful web API's, databases, and web portal.
Experience in the development, testing and deployment of cloud-based services, and experience in load and performance testing of web based services is expected.
An in-depth understanding of Web and Mobile development practices and testing strategies for native and browser-based application development is essential.
Job Function and Responsibility

• Work within an AGILE team as well as connections to a Global Team to develop appropriate test solutions for varying technical components, contributing application architecture and implementation guidance
• Automation Standards and principles using the Node JS, Java Script and Jmeter
• Understand project requirements, technology dependencies, and develop solutions for Test planning and execution
• Participate in project planning and scoping activities and work independently and efficiently to meet agreed-upon deadlines
• Define Test Plans and Procedures for verification of set standards
• Provide business development support by laying out the test requirements for a proposed solution in order to ensure proper Verification and Validation testing can be performed efficiently.
• Test performance, interfaces (XSJS) to SAP HANA databases.
• Assist developers and testers with root cause analysis and resolutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop appropriate test solutions for varying technical components
• Document and map interaction between business processes, information, and data to ensure that Service Tool team have data integration for projects
• Provide input to data utility requirements to ensure data access, integration, integrity, migration, and security for Service Tool implementation projects

Functional & Technical Skills

• Formal IT methodology experience is required.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP PI, Mulesoft,
