Primerica currently has the following opening at our corporate office in Duluth, Georgia: We are searching for a highly creative Lead UX designer (Creative Problem Solver) to foster strong partnerships across our digital UX and Design Thinking practice. You will develop creative strategy artifacts, lead Design Sprints/Thinking workshops, provide creative direction and design process management, and resolve challenging user experience digital design needs.
The Primerica UX / Design Thinking Center of Excellence explores and designs new, cutting edge digital experiences for the future for our sales representatives and clients. We do this by using a Lean UX and Design Thinking approach to create engaging proof-of-concepts and prototypes for our Field technology division. Job DescriptionWe are seeking a unique blend of strategic and creative thinking, combined with ‘hands-on’ execution skills as well as a strong sense of leadership and collaboration skills. This role is about creating consumer-first experiences for the Primerica Field Technology Division, by effectively using the power of Lean UX and design thinking. You will work with other cross-functional and Agile teams in order to provide a new standard of quality creative excellence and innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:
Work with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders and Technical partners to understand their strategic objectives and be responsible for ensuring creative excellence
Act as a strategic liaison between Primerica and supporting third parties, evaluating work and sharing feedback
Help internal stakeholders and external partners uphold design and user experience quality, consistency and alignment across all initiatives
Responsible for wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, prototypes, and mockups/comps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Act as a UX Creative design and digital brand resource within Primerica
Manage the digital creation and evolution of guidelines, frameworks, UI patterns and systems that help us more effectively manage our UX practice
Initiate programs that create innovation and inspire Primerica on the effective use and potential of our CX/UX capabilities
Clearly communicate ideas and sell concepts, with an aptitude for negotiation
Demonstrate strong social skills and the ability to influence others without coercion, using relationship-based, emotionally intelligent persuasion. A deep respect for collaboration and partnership is a must – applying core Design Thinking principles
Help create UX and design best practices and processes
Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum software development environments
Field research experience and strong understanding of usability testing a plus
5+ years’ experience in agency/design consultancy environment or internal brand management organization
3+ years’ experience leading creative strategy and Designing for Mobile experiences
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Creation of strong visuals to help create narrative and help facilitate understanding of design concepts along with experience in workshop facilitation is a must
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in design or other related field
7 + years of experience with UX creative design with the bulk of the experience in digital problem solving
