Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a growing company in the Sugar Hill area that is looking to add a Bilingual HR Business Partner to their team. This is a 100% on-site position that requires fluency in both Spanish and English.Job Description:The Bilingual HR Business Partner will support over 150 multi-state employees and execute a breadth of human resource functions. This encompasses responsibility for the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, new hire orientation, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.
Facilitate and coordinate the onboarding and new hire orientation process.
Lead employee relations counseling and exit interviewing process.
Review and implement comprehensive, effective performance management programs.
Handle HR issues ensuring compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
Work closely with the HR leadership team in driving HR initiatives.
Interpret and translate HR documents as necessary.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
Excellent proficiency in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Comprehensive understanding of HR functions – recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance evaluation, and offboarding.
Familiarity with local and federal employment laws and best practices.
Excellent communication, diplomatic and negotiation skills.
Proactive problem-solving capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
