The ideal Sr HR Generalist will have a strong background utilizing UKG Pro for reporting and analytics. Key areas of responsibility will involve managing employee relations and investigations, performance management, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, reporting and analytics, and compliance.If you are a systems-focused Sr HR Generalist professional with a background in analysis and a deep understanding of UKG, we would love to hear from you.
