Develop and implement an impactful plan for the client groups aligned to Global HR and business strategies. Critical areas to be addressed include talent and performance management, hiring and retention planning. Leverage global processes accordingly.Support and deliver annual HR processes and programs related to Performance & Reward, Learning & Development and Culture & Engagement. Leverage and support related global initiatives such as system implementations, etc.Drive the company culture development and HR transformation agenda, while building a culture of ownership, accountability and trust and providing direction and guidance as to company policies.Establish and execute staffing plans, including building talent pipelines and proactive engagement with candidates.Partner with managers, provide advice and solutions related to all HR matters (recruitment, retention, performance, conflict management)Drive employment value proposition and branding to continuously attract and hire great peopleMonitor and continually seek to improve HR effectiveness, including by tracking and reporting key measures
