Pick and pack orders, put away returns, process bulk orders, sort, consolidate products, package, shrink wrap product, sticker and de-sticker product, returns, receive and sort inbound
Receive and sort inbound returns, load heavy boxes onto the returns lines, wrap, weigh and put away pallets
Prepare skids for shipping, assist on shipping and re-forwarding lines, load trucks, labeling and taping cartons, inspect for damage and acknowledge on delivery receipt incoming deliveries, transport incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the loading dock using the freight elevators, assist customers as they arrive for customer pick-ups, including transporting product to the dock.
Support physical inventory and cycle counts as required and communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisor as discovered, unpack, inspect, count and ensure accuracy according to packing slips, label product using item codes obtained from order processing software and stock PO's and store all incoming product in appropriate locations, notify buyer immediately of any concealed damage that is discovered during the unpacking process, communicate with buyer any product discrepancies that are discovered during the receiving process including incorrect product shipped and any overages or shortages.
Cleans and maintains building facilities, moving material throughout, building/sorting shipments, assisting staff as required.
QualificationsKNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:
High School Degree or equivalent certification.
Basic knowledge of simple math concepts and Microsoft Office basics.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Problem solving skills and organizational skills
