Job Description:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE:

• Certifications- MS Certified Power BI Data Analyst or Tableau Certified Data Analyst

WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY:

• 3 5 years' experience in developing, interpreting, and making recommendations on dashboard, procedures, and assessing data for an organization, utilizing commercially available data analysis tools and data visualization tools, including Tableau, PowerBI, Excel and Mintab.
• Strong understanding of the role of information technology infrastructure, information systems, and data architecture in supporting data science and data management programs
• Design and develop dynamic dashboards/reports and interactive visualizations utilizing various reporting components from multiple data sources.
• Develop and design presentations, reports, and other deliverables to summarize findings for key stakeholders and executive leadership, communicating with both technical and non-technical team members.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop dashboard and reports based on data sets.
• Lead and support the data quality improvement efforts.
• Support the update and implementation of a FLETC Directive and Manual for Data Management and Data Governance.
• Provide analytical support to projects, tasking and process development/improvement efforts.
• Create/modify existing shared data lexicon, data models, data dictionaries and other supporting documentation.
• Perform quality assurance on finished work products to ensure the effort captures all changes accurately and completely.
• Coordinate and communicate status of changes to team members and leadership.
• Play a supporting role in all phases of the data management program.
• Attend meetings and provide input as needed.
• Provide weekly or monthly status updates as required.
