This position performs surveying and CADD/GIS duties in support of department operations. Performs land surveys to determine location and measurement of points, elevations, lines, areas and contours for construction, map making, land division and other purposes. Researches previous survey data, maps, deeds, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys. Drafts of proposed utility design, survey plats and maps. Updates and maintains utility mapping data. Assists other departments with construction and computer aided drafting needs. 1-2 years of Civil 3D experience required.
