Archadeck of Central Georgia seeks a construction professional with carpentry skills to work on our residential building & remodeling projects. We specialize in building outdoor living spaces such as decks, porches, sunrooms, hardscape, patios, and shade structures.
We service Central Georgia, including Macon, Lizella, Warner Robins, Perry, Kathleen, Lake Oconee, Bonaire, Centerville, Milledgeville, GA.
Description of role:
Provide general labor and carpentry labor within the construction crew to construct Archadeck designed projects using the appropriate Archadeck Construction Master File Details and Quality Assurance Checklists.
Skills and Requirements:
Previous carpentry experience with residential projects is helpful, but not required.
No tools necessary
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. A truck which can move a trailer is preferred.
Must pass pre-employment E-Verify and drug test for amphetamines, cocaine and methamphetamines.
Must be able to lift an 80 lb. bag of sakrete.
Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding without difficulty.
Must be able to perform overhead tasks, as well as tasks that include frequent bending and stooping.
Work schedule:
Full Time, Monday - Friday, some Saturdays as needed
Salary:
Starting wage: $16 - $18 an hour, Holiday pay, plus production bonuses
We do not provide health insurance.
