Providing the highest standard of lawn care for over 20 years in the industry and having many loyal customers , I want to focus on marketing, sales, and customer service. You will be in charge of production. I'll train you give you the work, you just have to get it done, and do it well.
When we hire more Lawn Technicians, you will be the production manager, and you will have an opportunity make a small percentage of each ones production.
The Primary responsibility is to care for and maintain residential and commercial lawns ( Mow, blow, edge, prune, lay straw if required and use chemicals related to lawn fertility, weed control and insect control, and also responsible of future management of service department.
Must be very motivated and have strong time management skills. Must be willing to work outdoors in multiple climates (heat and cold). Must possess strong people skills, confidence, follow directions well, be dependable and communicate clearly.

Qualifications
High School Diploma (or GED)
Valid Drivers License
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds, and stand or walk for 8 hours/day while pushing/carrying/pulling weed eater, blower
Access to reliable transportation To and from work
Able and willing to work in various/extreme weather conditions (8-12 hours per day)
Ability to work in a team environment
Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management are a must
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
Previous industry experience( experience with zero turn commercial mowers, blowers, edging and pruning) not required(but bonus)
The position is full time(Monday-Friday)and would include an hourly rate($10-12 hour) plus commission for any sales.
