We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as general labor. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn the fundamentals of the construction industry from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel.
Assist with various on-site tasks, including material handling, job site clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
Support project managers and foremen with day-to-day operations.
Learn safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Perform basic construction duties under supervision, such as measuring, cutting, and assisting with installations.
Participate in training programs to build knowledge and skills in construction techniques and project management.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment (preferred but not required).
Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
