We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs across our portfolio of residential rental properties in the central ga area. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
-Perform repairs related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall and painting
-Turn over rental units between tenants including cleaning, painting, and repairs
-Maintain exterior areas to include grass cutting, weed eating, house siding, roofs, porches, etc.
Qualifications:
-High School diploma or equivalent
-2 to 3 plus years in property maintenance or residential repair work
-Knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, painting, light electrical and light HVAC systems
-Valid drivers license clean 5 + years and reliable transportation
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
-Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Position Details:
Schedule - Tuesday thru Saturday 9am-6pm (8hrs pay, 1hr non paid lunch)
Location - 3 properties
