We’re seeking a handyman services for all our section 8 rental properties across Macon ga . We’re looking for someone with good plumbing skills , some carpentry skills , experience in maintenance work for rental apartments, NO CONTRACTORS for rental repairs . You must have your own tools and truck . You must have experience working for maintenance/ handyman for rental properties. We pay handyman prices for small jobs . Job pays within 24 hours after completion. No contractor prices for turnkey rental properties .If you meet the requirements . Call Mr walls at 678- 755-1416. Please no boot leggers. This is not a contractor job . We pay 24 hours after job is completed and inspected by our license general contractor. If you don’t have good skills in handyman .
