Job Title: Secretary
Employment Type: Part Time, 5-10 hours/week
Compensation: $12 hour or more, depending on experience
Part time secretary sought for small family business. The ideal candidate will be very organized, trustworthy, and a good communicator. The position can involve working 1 or 2 days per week.
Responsibilities include:
Checking job sites
Supplies Shopping list
Customer service by phone and email
Entering orders
Filing Papers
Writing Correspondence
Providing insurance certificates when needed
Handle invoicing and accounts AP / AR
Process and enter all incoming invoices
Reconciling bank accounts and journal entries
Provide relevant accounting reports to management
Maintain all files and lists
Organizational Duties in the Office
Quotations
Delivery schedules
Must be experienced with Quickbooks/Microsoft Office/Excel/Word & Outlook
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word
Team player
Notary a plus
Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus, but not required.
