Full-Time Maintenance Technician |Real Estate Property Management
We are looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to assist with property maintenance requests and repairs at our properties. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance. Position Details:
Schedule: 8am- 5pm and some Saturdays
Location: On-site property maintenance (location to be discussed)
Pay: Competitive and based on experience & skillset
Responsibilities:
Respond to maintenance tickets and complete repairs promptly
- Perform carpentry work, including minor repairs and installations
- Patch, repair, and paint sheetrock walls
- Troubleshoot and perform light electrical work (switches, outlets, lighting)
- Handle basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
- Conduct general property upkeep, including minor HVAC maintenance and appliance repairs
- Work efficiently to maintain tenant satisfaction and meet company maintenance standards
- Ensure tools and equipment are used correctly and safely
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, painting, sheetrock repair, electrical, and plumbing
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
