Loader Operator – Log Handling
We are looking for an experienced Loader Operator with strong log-handling and forklift skills to join our team. The role involves safely operating loaders, forklifts, and other heavy equipment to move, load, and unload logs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate loaders, forklifts, and cranes to handle logs and materials.
Load/unload trucks and maintain safe, organized work areas.
Inspect and maintain equipment; report issues promptly.
Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
Support workflow efficiency and assist with training when needed.
Requirements
Proven experience handling logs with loaders and forklifts.
Strong mechanical knowledge and safety-focused mindset.
Ability to lift heavy loads and work in outdoor conditions.
Team player with good communication and attention to detail.
Supervisory experience is a plus.
