Connect Staffing, Inc. seeks aProject Administrator IIfor a long-term contract role with a top corporate employer headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. This individual will plan and coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks. Hourly rate up to $26.35/hr based on experience. After training and a ramp-up period, this role will be hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Responsibilities include:
Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc.
Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings.
Admin Support
Calendar Support: Manage and coordinate calendars for executives or teams, schedule meetings, and ensure all participants are informed and prepared.
Event Planning: Youll organize and coordinate office events, including meetings, workshops, and celebrations, handling logistics such as catering, decor, and guest coordination.
Concur Expense Reporting: Responsible for collecting receipts and submitting expense reports using Concur to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
PPQ Team Support
Inventory Management: Oversee office supplies, track inventory levels, reorder stock as needed, and coordinate with vendors to ensure the office is well-equipped.
Conference Room Booking and Setup: Manage conference room reservations, coordinate with meeting organizers, and ensure rooms are properly set up with necessary equipment and materials.
Handling IT Facility Requests: Serve as the point of contact for IT-related issues, submitting requests to the facilities team and ensuring timely resolution of any technical problems or requirements.
Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative/clerical experience
Any SmartSheets experience is a PLUS!
