Position Summary- $55,000 annual salary.CribMaster is a software company within Stanley Black & Decker that manages Tool Cribs in manufacturing facilities. Using both software and machinery, CribMaster manages the relationship between distributors of consumable products and the tool crib in the manufacturing industry.The RMA/QC Specialist works directly with the Quality Mgr and operational teams. They are focused on ensuring the customer has a positive experience and returned items are handled properly. The role will use data to identify any trends in failures and report them to their manager for review. The RMA Specialist works with customers and internal departments on a daily basis to reconcile warranty failures and returns. They are responsible for assisting with daily and weekly RMA duties which includes warranty replacements, returns to supplier, exchanges, and repairs.Essential Job Functions Communicate CribMaster’s standard warranty policy internally and to customers Communicate with our internal departments such as Operations, Tech Support, Sales, Parts, Order Entry, Quality, and Shipping Ability to quickly learn product line Process warranty replacement requests using SalesForce.com Facilitate customer returns for credit Process parts and machine exchange requests Facilitate both in and out of warranty repairs Test and return faulty product to suppliers for replacement or credit Record & report RMA data· Perform final inspection and acceptance of completed products to assure compliance with company standards and customer requirements· Verify that all processes have been completed and are correct· Assure that test reports and related documentation are completed and correct· Process weekly quality reports· Manage work instructions for VJES· Communicate with operations floor on updated work instructions· Other related duties as assigned or requested by managementEssential Skills & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Solid understanding and use of software and analytics to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data Expert in developing reporting tools to streamline day to day work Critical thinking and problem-solving ability: synthesize findings from analysis and draw conclusions Skilled in problem resolution and providing best practices solutions Effective at performing detail-oriented tasks, and data analysis Able to identify, manage, and lead business improvement projects Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage across functions at various levels Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate othersOur client, [Industry Descriptor] is seeking a [Job Title] to join their team.
