Our client, a market leader in their industry, is currently seeking a Financial Analyst a 2 month temporary position with the opportunity for an extension. This hours will be 8am to 5pm Monday – Fridayt
The pay rate for this position is up to $22.14 per hour W2
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):t
This position will work with internal partners within the business including Distribution, FP&A, Supply Chain, and Planning.t
Requires a self-starter and independent individual with supply chain and logistics analysis capabilities. Analyze supply chain and distribution data to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities across facets of supply chain. t
Collect, and analyze quantitative data while creating reports to assist with business improvement and cost reductionst
Conduct some root cause analysis to uncover core issues using data. This data will be used to assist the forecasting to improve and create new measures for site productivityt
Assist in the development, and implementation of policies and programs that lead to the maintaining and improving the company’s success and profitabilityt
Assist in the development of weekly and monthly financial close, planning, forecasting, and reporting modelst
Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timelyt
Provides financial insights for periodic business reviews with the senior management.t
Provides financial guidance to enhance the cost efficiency and process effectively.t
Performs routine audits and ensures timely carrier payments
Requires a Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar degree and 1+ year(s) prior financial analysis or accounting experience. Must have demonstrated financial acumen and/or analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpretation of financial results. Must have experience with Excel (pivot tables & basic formulas, ie vlookup, sumif, etc). Must have flexibility, adaptability, and take initiative to learn new skills and/or take on additional responsibilities.Important information: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
