Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor & Team Lead
The Janitorial Team Lead /Supervisor will oversee a team of janitorial staff responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of medical facilities. The team lead ensures that the team follows safety protocols, completes tasks efficiently and meets the highest standards of CLLean.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff, ensuring that all duties are performed efficiently and on schedule.
Delegate tasks for team members.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure the quality of work meets the needs of CLLean.
Enforce safety protocols.
Perform cleaning duties along side of team members.
Monitor supplies and equipment.

Pay:
$18.00 to $20.00 (Depending on Experience)
