StrawBox is seeking a full-time Operations and Customer Support Associate to join our growing pine straw business in Rome, GA.
We provide premium Longleaf Pine Straw to homeowners and landscapers in the area.
Starting Pay: $500/week ($2,000/month)
Start Date: February 4th, 2025
Location: 2106 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with orders and product questions
Help load pine straw onto customers' vehicles
Manage inventory and prepare orders for pickup
Handle basic administrative tasks using Shopify and email
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to lift and move pine straw bales (up to 40 lbs)
Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor
Basic computer skills (email, Shopify)
Professional communication in English
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
